We are happy to work with you in creating your custom printed tape. Artwork is preferred in the formats listed below. We will also help you create your printed tape based on any artwork you may have. If you have any questions, special artwork requests or need help in creating your artwork, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Artwork for printed tape is acceptable on the following formats:
Illustrator: Vector art in Adobe Illustrator is the preferred format. Export
file as EPS. Convert text to outlines. Do not embed TIFFs, JPEGs or GIFs.
PhotoShop: For 1 color designs, PhotoShop TIFF files of 300 dpi resolution
or higher in black and white only can be used.
Line Thickness: The minimum thickness for any line, type face or space between lines is 1 point. Please check your work against a 1point line to make sure no lines, type or gaps between lines are thinner. We cannot print lines or reverse areas thinner than 1 point.
Screens are printed at 65 dpi.
The following chart shows the maximum print areas. Artwork cannot bleed off the edges of the tape in either width or length.

After you place an order online we send a follow-up Email requesting your artwork. Please send artwork to sales@presslabel.com. Stuffit or Winzip compression is recommended for large files sent via Email.
We will send you a proof for approval before we print.

- Custom color background flood-coat
- Specified Pantone (PMS) colors
- Film upgrades of orange, blue, red, yellow and green
- 3 color printing - Minimum of 5 cartons
