Engineered for high-speed and mid-range laser printers and copiers, this laser vinyl has a matte finish and is top coated to provide excellent toner anchorage. With the proper toner, this face stock is suitable for outdoor applications. Produced with a stripped matrix, edges are stripped (1/16”), which virtually eliminates risk of adhesive ooze and contamination while printing. Successfully printed on many popular models, including: Xerox: iGen3®, DocuColor® 6060, DocuColor® 7000, Konica Minolta: bizhub® PRO C6500, Canon: 6000 VP. Note: Not intended for NexPress® or desk-top printers. Property data represents typical values. Product performance depends on many variables; testing for a specific application is recommended. Sheet Size: 8.5 x 11 Sheets Per Carton: 1,000 Lbs. per Carton: 25 Adhesive: Permanent, provides excellent adhesion to irregular surfaces Liner: 72# poly coated lay flat liner, 0-Split Printing Tips: Label stock should be conditioned in original packaging to pressroom environment 24 to 48 hours prior to printing. Lack of conditioning may cause excessive curl, jams and feeding issues, poor print quality and label delamination. Ideal pressroom conditions are 65° to 75°F and 40 to 60% RH. Use the appropriate machine setting. For best toner anchorage, follow press instructions using the information provided below. • Set equipment to the appropriate GSM or caliper or choose ‘heavyweight’. • Color: White (even when printing clear as the press will recognize the liner) • Category: Label (vinyl label if available) • Type: Glossy coated Use the maximum amount of static elimination. If a jam occurs, turn the sheets so that the opposite edge becomes the feed edge as the jam may have been caused by a bent corner.
