This product has been independently tested and scripted for use by the Rochester Institute of Technology. For best delivery results, feed to top tray. Caliper: 4 mils Sheet Size: 8.5 x 11 Sheets Per Carton: 1,000 Lbs. per Carton: 25 Adhesive: SP 1092 Permanent. A permanent acrylic adhesive featuring high tack, chemical resistance and resist cold flow ooze. This adhesive is exclusive to certain film products, including products for use in HP Indigo sheet-fed presses and laser sheets suitable for use in Kodak NexPress production presses. Caliper: .95 mils Service Temperature: -40 to 175 °F Minimum Application Temperature: 50 °F Shelf Life: 1 Year Liner: 90# Poly Coated Lay Flat Liner, 0-Split.This is a 90# poly-coated bleached paper designed for use with vinyl and other film laminates requiring layflat characteristics. This liner is not printable. Basis Weight: 90# / 3000 sq.ft. Caliper: 7.0 mils Total Product Caliper: 11.95 mil Printing Tips: Label stock should be conditioned in original packaging to pressroom environment 24 to 48 hours prior to printing. Lack of conditioning may cause excessive curl, jams and feeding issues, poor print quality and label delamination. Ideal pressroom conditions are 65° to 75°F and 40 to 60% RH. Use the appropriate machine setting. For best toner anchorage, follow press instructions using the information provided below. • Set equipment to the appropriate GSM or caliper or choose ‘heavyweight’. • Color: White (even when printing clear as the press will recognize the liner) • Category: Label (vinyl label if available) • Type: Glossy coated Use the maximum amount of static elimination. If a jam occurs, turn the sheets so that the opposite edge becomes the feed edge as the jam may have been caused by a bent corner.
