Comparable to the photo paper samples included with most new inkjet printers, this stock is also a label. It has peel off liner and permanent adhesive, 0-score, no print. It allows your inkjet printer to print vivid color and dense blacks in the highest resolution that your printer is capable of producing. Another added advantage is that IJWG is water resistant. The gloss coating has ink dryers that will protect your image from water far better than other inkjet label papers. For example, it can be used as a wine bottle label that can be submerged in an ice bucket and the image will hold fast. Keep in mind that this is a paper product, and paper will not hold up forever under water. For waterproof labels to be used outdoors such as bumper stickers, vinyl or polyester would be a better choice. However, vinyl and polyester are laser compatible only.
